Guide to entering/selecting your destination

Where are you travelling to?

• Enter every country you will be travelling to.

If that is not possible, enter Worldwide or, enter an entire region(s) from the list available (cover then applies to all countries within that region).

Examples:
If You are travelling to Japan and Thailand and You might also go to Vietnam but You’re not sure yet, enter “All of Asia (excluding Nepal)”.

If You are travelling around Europe, enter “All of Europe”.

If You are travelling to multiple continents including North America, select “Worldwide”.

Stopping over somewhere?
If you are stopping in a country for less than 72 hours, you do not need to enter or select that country.

What about a cruise?

• In Australia (e.g. on the Murray River) or in Australian coastal waters (e.g. a Kimberley Cruise), please choose or enter "Australia".
• From a port in Australia to another port or ports in Australia without any stopover at a port outside of Australia (e.g. a “Sampler Cruise”, a cruise from Sydney to Brisbane), please choose or enter "Domestic Cruising".
• Overseas (e.g. a European river cruise, Caribbean cruise, or a cruise from Hong Kong to Sydney) or from a port in Australia to another port or ports outside Australia (e.g. Sydney to Singapore), please choose or enter the main area or destination/country based on where you will spend the most time on your trip.

Enter the dates you leave and arrive at your home in Australia. Consider time differences/zones and travel times.

If you’ve already left home and are on your trip this cover is subject to a 3 day no-cover period. This means there is no cover under any section for any event that has occurred already or that arises within the first 3 days of buying the policy.
